Body and Crush
The
movie begins with Chidinma in her car driving along on the expressway singing to
a popular Nigerian song. She seems a little surprised to be stopped by a
policeman at a checkpoint and her irritation was clear. The other policemen
quickly come out and apologise to ‘Lagos babe’ as they call her and she reaches
for her bag and dishes them some currency notes to the ecstatic policemen, not
without leaving a warning to the policeman who stopped her to be more
respectful. The others slightly chastise the ‘new’ policeman who didn’t know
‘Lagos babe’.
She
gets home to a warm embrace from her parents and siblings. Her parents ask her,
‘did you bring our special?’ to which she replied was in a cooler in the boot.
Her younger sister fetches the cooler from the boot and the family gather to
open the cooler which contained human parts preserved in ice.
Scene fades to
movie title.
Scene
begins with Malik, perfectly corporate, apparently late to a presentation as he
makes haste to the board room. He enters and apologises to the already mildly
agitated people waiting. He was really shaky and bumps into about everything
and everyone. He jitters on his presentation as he was obviously distracted by
the cleavages of Chidinma’s 38DD bust aided with a push up bra. He finishes his
presentation to which the investors don’t seem impressed and they leave but Chidinma
walks up to him just as she leaves sexily telling him she thinks it’s an
awesome vision and she hands him her card.
Inspector
Osaze threatens to detain Mrs Awele suspecting her of knowing the whereabouts
of her husband. Awele has been missing for 2 weeks now and his wife didn’t
bother. The police were notified by his colleagues at work, after one of their
indispensable assets went missing. But Mrs Awele couldn’t be bothered; he was
only a good man outside his matrimonial home. In his matrimonial home, he was a
wife beater, a cheat and a beast. Him been away for weeks was a normal thing
but away from work wasn’t. It was at this point she began fear but Inspector
Osaze thought she was pretending to arouse sympathy. It was only the
intervention of Barrister Elohor that changed Osaze’s mind on detaining her.
Malik
and Chidinma were already in a sizzling relationship. It started when Chidinma’s
car broke one rainy day and surprisingly Malik happened to be passing by and
stopped to help the beautiful and attractive lady. He called her a mechanic and
offered her a ride home where they spoke at length about ‘life’ and business.
Inspector
Osaze, who would go any length even illegally, was determined to find Awele
dead or alive. This was going to be the investigation that will land him his
much awaited promotion or a large pay cheque. He had confided with a friend,
Malik, that if he found Awele alive, he would hold him hostage till his company
pays and if he found him dead, he will pin the murder on someone and get his
promotion. It was a win-win for him.[1]
While
Malik and Chidinma romance sizzles, Osaze who’s sexually attracted to Chidinma
tries to flirt with her when he sees her buying a dildo at a store but she
refuses. He threatens to kill Malik if she told him about what transpired.[2]
Inspector
Osaze finally gets hold of the call log files of Awele from the mobile
operators and discovers the last call was placed to Chidinma, the beautiful busty
lady that had turned down his advances.
Chidinma
had apparently been Awele’s lover and his last call was from her urging him to
come spend the night with her before she travels. This was Osaze’s chance to blackmail
her with the whereabouts of Awele and sleep with her so he didn’t call for back
up or notify the authorities while also erasing all details from the operators.
He boastfully went to her place, forced his way in without been welcomed,
obviously consumed with raw desire and told her he will destroy all evidence
with him if she agrees to sleep with him. She reluctantly agrees and excuses herself
to get some booze to light up the mood before getting started. Osaze was all
over her smooching and touching before she stabs him with an anaesthesia injection
that immediately makes him go numb. While he’s struggling to breathe, she
brings out her butcher’s cutlass and pieces him with his blood splashing all
over.
In
the goriest scene of the movie, her phone begins to ring. She picks the call
and it was Malik telling her he’s just along her street. Not been too
comfortable with herself and her home messed in blood, she tells him she’s
travelling home the next day[3]
but he insists on seeing her since she will be away.
She
quickly cleans her face and hands while rushing out to meet him so he doesn’t
come inside. It doesn’t take long for him to see some traces of blood stain on
her temples and hands, in which she said was blood spills from an animal she
was butchering. While leaving he spots a car parked just beside a turn like
Osaze’s, his friend, on the street and asks ‘Is that Osaze’s car?’ but
Chindinma refutes it saying ‘You don’t think I’d cheat with that fat ass
bastard friend of yours, Do you? My neighbour has got a Honda Pilot too’,
something Malik believes.
Just
as Malik leaves, Chidinma calls someone and says ‘you have a house to clean up
and a car to take away’.
Four
days later and Malik hasn’t heard from his friend, Osaze. His number not going
neither could his wife give an indication where he was. Malik asked to be
informed on any information regarding Osaze and he was later informed by Osaze’s
wife that Osaze’s car was found in a bush with his clothes soaked in his blood
and he was last seen Friday. It was at that moment Malik remembered seeing
Malik’s car at Chidinma’s place with blood all over her that same Friday. He
quietly drove to Chidinma’s neighbourhood and asked if any of the neighbours
had the same car Osaze used. The reply was negative. He immediately called her
and asked her when she will be back to which she replied was that same day. He told
her he needed to see her that day very importantly about Osaze that has gone
missing to which she answered she didn’t know his whereabouts. He notices she
becomes nervous when he asked if she was sure she didn’t see Osaze that Friday
night because his car was parked just on a corner of the street with her lying
about it been a neighbour’s car causing for suspicion. He allays her fears by
telling her he would stand for her only if she’s opened to him and it was at
that point she invited him over for the night; ‘I’d love to have you for dinner’,
she said to him[4]
Malik
arrives at Chidinma’s place. She is already intoxicated on booze and her skimpy
careless drop shoulders short gown gives the scene a sexy touch. She got no bra
on in this scene and her bursts are almost pouring out. You can see in Malik
eyes that he wants her right away but she ushers the gentleman to the dinning
where she has already laid the table for two. A look in her eyes when he was
not looking at her showed death.
She
served them the meal but poured only him the glass of wine, since she had
already been drinking. In Malik’s imagination (which happens to be true)
Chidinma poured some poison into the drink; he smiles and doesn’t try to arouse
suspicion. He stares at her cleavages and flirts with her. She creepily replies
‘I’m the mood and I want your body so badly. I can’t wait to have your screams
fill the room, you groaning for me as the blood rushes down your spine. Love to
see your eyes close as you succumb to the beast in me. I’m wild right now’[5]
she sexily said and she reaches out for the table knife.
Malik
‘incidentally’ knocks off the poisoned bottle from the table with the bottle
breaking revealing another weapon both Chidinma and Malik sights. He apologises
but while she rushes to get a packer, he picks up the part that can be used in
a stab and hides it on a seat.
OK I’m still
working on this scene and it happened that Malik himself isn’t a good guy
either. After fighting themselves and destroying the whole dinning. They
finally pull out guns and while they hide behind a wall both finally confess to
themselves who they really are.
Chidinma
actually has an addiction to human meat. Her problem has roots in the civil war
of ’66-‘69 where the igbos where forced to eat their kids for survival. Her
ancestors were from Nsalangwa in Imo State and where highly susceptible to
Hypoxanthine[6]
which altered genes and passed across generations. She killed for two reasons;
for survival and sanity. She killed Osaze for the bitch he was and Awele for
appetite. She only considered Malik now he was on the lookout for his friend,
telling him she loves him.
Malik
on the other hand, had suffered depression when he had nothing. Been jilted and
abused by his ex who left him for a sugar daddy not who not only took his girl
but beat him to a pulp. He had done blood money and periodically had to
sacrifice the boobs of a lady, another reason he was attracted to the bursty Chidinma.
Once his money came; his ex gf did too and her bursts had been sacrificed.
Osaze his friend had killed the sugar daddy and pinned it on someone else.
Although, he has a good job now, he must complete the cycle with 6 more pair of
boobs or run mad.
‘Can
we still love ourselves and be safe?’ Chidinma asks.
‘Yes,
that’s if we work as a team. It could buy us more time’
‘What
you think? You keep the boobs and I take the body’
‘I
love you baby. We might get caught soon but I’d die beside you’ Malik says.
They
get out of their hiding places, drop their weapons and meet in a passionate
kiss.
‘I
want your body now baby’

[1] Osaze was driven
by an unrealistic ambition and has been deprived promotion twice because of
some illegal dealings he got implicated on. He was as corrupt as a man could
be. He would have sincerely framed an innocent man for selfish ambitions.
[2] He forcefully checked
her check out basket and seeing the dildo asked her if Malik wasn’t satisfying
her enough or if Malik stuff is too small for her then volunteered to satisfying
her every urge.
[3] The exact thing
she did to Awele’s body at the beginning
of the movie
[4] She meant it
literally-eat him, she expected him to think having dinner at her place. Her
resolve to kill him came at the point she discovered he had evidence of her
dealing with Osaze that night.
[5] Though sexily,
she meant it differently. Remove the sexual image and see what it actually
means.
